Pain Free Friday Tip Jul 8 – Stop prolonged sitting and stop your back pain

Have you been doing what I asked and stopped sitting for long periods of time? Earlier this week I saw a number of people who are drivers, teachers, salespeople, computer technicians, bookkeepers, and accountants, all complaining of back pain. The common thing that they were all doing was sitting for long periods of time. After you’ve been sitting for an hour and a half or two hours, get up! Take a break, get out of the car and stretch.
